Program Requirements
- Women, ages 19-35
- High School Diploma and at least 1 year of college
- Desire to serve within a retreat house setting
- Openness to Catholic traditions and prayer

- 1 Spiritual Reference
Commitment Requirements
- 3 month commitment, beginning late May ending mid/late August
- Living in intentional community with fellow volunteers
- Full participation in orientation and weekly prayer/community activities
- Living simply
- Fulfilling all retreat house responsibilities and duties
- Commitment to integrating the mission of the Sisters of Saint Joseph
